Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Define the long-term technology vision, identifying key milestones and deliverables for the upcoming fiscal year.
- Trend Analysis & Research: Monitor global tech trends to recommend innovative solutions that align with business goals.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable systems and infrastructure that support future growth and integration of next-gen technologies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear communication of complex strategies.
- Proof of Concept (PoC): Spearhead high-level PoCs to validate new technologies before full-scale implementation.
- Budget Management: Oversee the technology budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in a senior technical role, with at least 3 years in strategic planning or architecture.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure), and Data Architecture.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to forecast industry shifts and adapt organizational strategies accordingly.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing high-level projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
