Responsibilities

- Lead the technical strategy for migrating legacy infrastructure to cloud-native environments with zero downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and translate them into technical blueprints.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural audits to ensure system integrity, security, and performance.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stay ahead of emerging tech trends to identify opportunities for innovation within the 2026 roadmap.
- Optimize system performance and reduce latency in high-volume environments.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, and engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of asynchronous programming.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact projects in AI, Machine Learning, or Distributed Systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with ISO 27001 security standards and compliance frameworks.
