Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with 10+ years in large-scale system architecture
- Proven track record deploying AI/quantum systems at enterprise scale
- Expertise in distributed ledger technologies and post-quantum cryptography
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on future tech paradigms
- Experience securing federal R&D funding (DARPA, NSF)
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for advanced AI systems
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit)
