Responsibilities
- Architect scalable frameworks for quantum-resistant security and decentralized autonomous systems
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in prototyping 6G infrastructure and neural interface technologies
- Develop strategic roadmaps for carbon-negative data centers and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Design human-centric AI governance protocols ensuring ethical deployment of sentient systems
- Partner with government labs to pioneer next-gen biometric authentication and neural encryption
- Drive innovation sprints focused on quantum computing applications and predictive analytics
- Establish industry standards for interoperability between legacy and emergent tech platforms
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field with 10+ years of experience
- Proven expertise in designing fault-tolerant systems for mission-critical applications
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, and post-quantum cryptography
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on future tech paradigms (AI ethics, quantum supremacy)
- Experience leading technical teams in agile environments with DevOps/MLops integration
- Proficiency in simulating complex systems using high-performance computing frameworks
