Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap focused on 2026 readiness, identifying key trends in AI, automation, and digital transformation.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global tech ecosystems to predict shifts in the industry landscape and recommend actionable strategies to our leadership team.
- Innovation Labs: Lead the internal 'Future Tech' lab, prototyping and testing emerging technologies to validate their viability for enterprise adoption.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between technical capabilities and business objectives.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and select strategic partners and technology providers that align with our long-term 2026 vision.
- Cultural Transformation: Champion a culture of innovation, encouraging teams to think beyond current constraints and embrace forward-thinking methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or consulting, with a specific focus on future trends.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including but not limited to Generative AI, Blockchain, IoT, and Quantum Computing principles.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for executive audiences.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to diverse stakeholders.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects.
