Responsibilities
- Strategic Architecture: Design and implement scalable, high-performance system architectures capable of supporting the demands of the 2026 digital economy.
- AI Integration: Lead the integration of Generative AI and Machine Learning models into core business workflows to automate and optimize processes.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives exploring emerging technologies, ensuring Chronos Dynamics remains a market leader in innovation.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Oversee migration and optimization of cloud environments (AWS/Azure) to ensure zero downtime and maximum efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or a related technical field.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java; extensive experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural network architectures.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
