Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the Project 2026 infrastructure stack, ensuring scalability and high availability.
- Define and enforce technical standards, coding guidelines, and best practices for the engineering team.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor senior and junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and system audits to mitigate security risks and optimize performance.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on AI-driven infrastructure and quantum computing readiness.
- Manage technical debt and drive architectural refactoring for legacy systems to support the 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proficiency in high-level programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Strong background in distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
- Proven experience integrating AI/ML models into production environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with agile methodologies and a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
