Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical vision for products launching in the 2026 fiscal year, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
- System Design: Architect complex, high-performance systems that leverage emerging technologies such as Generative AI and Edge Computing.
- Innovation Labs: Lead internal hackathons and R&D initiatives to prototype disruptive solutions for the next decade.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for executive leadership and product teams.

Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in systems architecture, software engineering, or product management, with a track record of delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP), Kubernetes, and microservices; familiarity with Python, Rust, or Go is highly preferred.
- Visionary Thinking: Ability to anticipate industry trends and incorporate them into strategic planning.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
