Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Define and execute the long-term technical vision for our flagship products, aligning with company goals and market trends.
- Design Scalable Architectures: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, distributed systems that can handle millions of transactions with zero downtime.
- AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models into core infrastructure, optimizing for latency and throughput.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- R&D & Innovation: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing, edge AI) to assess viability for future projects.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Maintain the highest standards of code quality through rigorous code reviews and mentorship of junior and senior engineers alike.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, and leading high-performance engineering teams.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in languages such as Python, Go, Rust, or Java, and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- System Design: Proven ability to design fault-tolerant, microservices-based architectures.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines, data structures, and algorithmic efficiency.
- Leadership: Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
