Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Infrastructure: Design and oversee the development of scalable, resilient systems tailored for the 2026 technological ecosystem, including AI-driven cloud environments.
- Lead AI Integration: Define the technical strategy for integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI into our core product suite.
- Technical Roadmap Strategy: Create and maintain a robust technical roadmap that aligns with business goals, ensuring feasibility and innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Security & Compliance: Implement enterprise-grade security protocols and ensure full compliance with emerging data protection standards.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in distributed systems, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
- AI Proficiency: Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines, vector databases, and prompt engineering for production systems.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with a focus on performance optimization.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
