Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance software systems aligned with the 2026 technology roadmap.
- Lead research and implementation of next-gen AI integration strategies and neural network optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical standards and best practices for emerging technologies.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Evaluate and integrate bleeding-edge technologies (e.g., quantum algorithms, edge computing) into production environments.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and scalability under high-concurrency loads.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a proven track record of building large-scale distributed systems.
- Strong background in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, specifically in LLMs and generative models.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with database design and NoSQL solutions (e.g., Cassandra, Neo4j).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
