Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmap for market expansion and product innovation
- Lead scenario planning and trend analysis to identify emerging opportunities and threats
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Present strategic recommendations to executive board and investors with data-driven insights
- Oversee cross-functional execution of strategic initiatives across 3+ departments
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring long-term strategic impact
- Build external partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or corporate strategy roles
- Proven track record of executing multi-year strategic initiatives
- Expertise in futures forecasting, scenario modeling, and trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Business, Economics, Technology, or related field
- Experience with AI/ML tools for predictive analytics and market simulation
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and financial modeling
- Certification in strategic planning (e.g., CSCP, FP&A) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
