- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic roadmaps aligned with market forecasts and emerging technologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Analyze global trends in AI, sustainability, and consumer behavior to inform strategic initiatives
- Present strategic frameworks to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into actionable innovation pipelines
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts affecting long-term planning
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, product innovation, or futurist roles
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Business, Economics, Technology, or related field
- CFRP or Futurist certification preferred
