- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies and market trends impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop and document strategic innovation roadmaps with 3-5 year vision
- Analyze geopolitical, economic, and technological drivers of future disruption
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for high-uncertainty futures
- Partner with C-suite to align strategic initiatives with organizational goals
- Present future insights to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Establish KPIs to track strategic innovation progress and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futures research
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience presenting complex futures to executive audiences
- Portfolio of published future trend analyses or strategic frameworks
