Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to inform strategic roadmaps for 2026
- Develop scenario-planning models for disruptive market forces and regulatory changes
- Create executive-ready visualizations and presentations translating complex futures into actionable insights
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on long-term vision and implementation priorities
- Build and maintain a proprietary foresight database using predictive analytics and machine learning
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers on emerging business paradigms
- Advolve with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business Analytics, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist roles
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Exceptional written and verbal communication with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership or conference speaking in innovation/strategy forums
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their business implications
