Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical architecture for the '2026' strategic roadmap, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Lead a high-performing team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Oversee the integration of advanced AI models and next-gen cloud infrastructure.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and deployment pipelines.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in system architecture, distributed systems, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go, with experience in AI/ML frameworks.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience with agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
