Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Define and execute the comprehensive technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry trends.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, cloud-native architecture capable of handling high-scale demands.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Identify and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum-ready infrastructure, Edge Computing) into our existing ecosystem.
- Legacy Modernization: Lead the strategic migration of legacy systems to modern, microservices-based architectures.
- Security & Compliance: Establish enterprise-grade security protocols and ensure compliance with evolving data protection regulations.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, full-stack development, and technical leadership.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of leading technology transitions in enterprise environments.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, and distributed systems.
- Future-Forward Thinking: Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning pipelines, and decentralized technologies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
