Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 Sustainability Roadmap with measurable KPIs for carbon neutrality and circular economy integration
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to decarbonize operations and develop innovative waste-reduction systems
- Drive ESG compliance and reporting frameworks exceeding GRI and SASB standards
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with climate-tech startups and sustainability thought leaders
- Develop stakeholder engagement strategies for investors, regulators, and community partners
- Conduct scenario planning for climate resilience and resource scarcity challenges
- Mentor sustainability teams and champion internal culture of environmental stewardship
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related field with 8+ years of ESG strategy experience
- Proven track record developing and implementing net-zero roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in carbon accounting tools (e.g., Salesforce Sustainability Cloud, Watershed)
- Deep understanding of emerging climate policies and circular economy principles
- Certification in ESG reporting (CFA ESG, GRI Standards) preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across global operations
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive dashboards and impact metrics
