Responsibilities

- Lead a team of elite engineers in pioneering predictive analytics and autonomous workflow solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to translate complex AI concepts into practical business applications.

- Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies, evaluating their viability for integration into our core stack.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience designing distributed systems for high availability and low latency.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing technical teams and directing R&D initiatives.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
