Responsibilities
- Strategic Foresight: Conduct comprehensive market research and horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and operational trends relevant to the 2026 timeframe.
- Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a detailed 3-5 year operational roadmap, aligning short-term projects with long-term strategic goals.
- Process Optimization: Design and implement scalable operational frameworks that leverage AI and automation to enhance efficiency and reduce overhead.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure operational strategies support business growth and product launches.
- Change Management: Lead initiatives to drive cultural adoption of new technologies and methodologies, ensuring the organization is prepared for the future.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize advanced analytics to measure operational KPIs and adjust strategies based on real-time performance data.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex strategic concepts to C-level executives and board members in a clear, compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, operations management, or product management within a high-growth tech environment.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think critically about the future and translate abstract concepts into concrete operational plans.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Cloud Infrastructure, and Web3 concepts.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing change within large organizations.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment with ambiguity.
