Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, aligning technical vision with business goals.
- AI & Automation Leadership: Spearhead the integration of Artificial Intelligence and automation to optimize operational efficiency.
- Innovation Management: Identify emerging tech trends (e.g., Quantum Computing, GenAI) and evaluate their feasibility for adoption.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to deliver scalable, future-proof solutions.
- Talent & Culture: Mentor senior leadership and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, with at least 3 years in a strategic or architectural capacity.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of modern tech stacks, cloud architecture, and AI/ML principles.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of driving digital transformation and long-term planning.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
