Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs and ROI tracking
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across biotech, AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech sectors
- Design and facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and marketing teams
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment and sustainable technology integration
- Present future-vision briefings to executive stakeholders and board members quarterly
- Build and manage an external ecosystem of futurists, academic partners, and industry disruptors
- Champion human-centered design principles in all innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, R&D leadership, or corporate innovation roles
- Proven track record of launching products/services that achieved 10x+ market impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS, CFS)
