Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and market shifts to inform 2026+ strategic vision
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with corporate growth objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prioritize future-facing initiatives
- Present strategic frameworks to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in for transformative projects
- Monitor competitor landscapes and global disruptors to identify first-mover advantages
- Partner with product teams to integrate future innovations into development pipelines
- Build KPI frameworks to measure long-term strategic impact and ROI
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or future-focused roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and market forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their commercial applications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex visions to diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous, high-impact projects
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related field preferred
