Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases across web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and defect management tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate requirements and test plans
- Perform regression testing and create detailed test documentation
- Participate in sprint planning and release readiness reviews
- Conduct usability testing and provide actionable feedback
- Maintain test environments and assist in test automation initiatives
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in software QA/testing environments
- Proficiency in test case creation and execution methodologies
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC processes
- Experience with cross-browser and cross-platform testing
- Basic knowledge of SQL and API testing (Postman/SOAPUI)
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
