Responsibilities

- Conduct systematic testing and A/B comparisons of prompt variations to optimize output quality and efficiency
- Document prompt architectures, best practices, and performance metrics in our engineering knowledge base
- Stay current with emerging AI research and techniques to continuously improve prompt methodologies
- Partner with ML engineers to fine-tune model behavior and reduce hallucinations
- Train stakeholders on prompt engineering principles and effective AI interaction techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in prompt engineering, NLP, or applied AI development
- Proven track record of designing complex prompt architectures for production systems
- Expertise in Python and experience with AI frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI API)
- Deep understanding of transformer models, attention mechanisms, and generative AI principles
- Exceptional written communication skills with ability to distill technical concepts for diverse audiences
