As a Network Technician, you'll be the backbone of our clients' digital operations, ensuring seamless connectivity and security. Our Memphis team values innovation and technical excellence, offering comprehensive training and certification support.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Wireshark
- Diagnose and resolve network outages, security breaches, and connectivity issues
- Implement and manage VPN, VLAN, and wireless network solutions
- Document network configurations, topologies, and maintenance procedures
- Collaborate with cybersecurity team on threat prevention and response
- Provide Tier-2 technical support to enterprise clients
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Network Engineering or IT certification (CompTIA Network+, CCNA)
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- Expertise in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols
- Proficiency with Cisco, Juniper, and Fortinet network devices
- Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS/Azure) and SD-WAN solutions
- Strong analytical skills for complex troubleshooting
- Valid Tennessee driver's license for occasional client site visits
