Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for 50+ end-users
- Deploy and configure Windows 10/11 workstations
- Assist with network monitoring using SolarWinds
- Create and maintain IT documentation and SOPs
- Support cloud services (O365, Azure) migrations
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS and networking concepts
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification a plus
- Ability to lift 20lbs for equipment handling
- Valid Maryland driver's license for site visits
- Pass background check and drug screening
