Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans to verify product functionality and user experience.
- Identify, document, and track software bugs using industry-standard bug tracking tools.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to define test cases and acceptance criteria.
- Perform regression testing to ensure recent code changes haven't introduced new defects.
- Monitor system performance and conduct load testing where applicable.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and agile sprint planning meetings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a QA Tester, preferably in a part-time or flexible setting.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, including Black Box, White Box, and Grey Box testing.
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks such as Selenium or Cypress is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
