Responsibilities
- Design and execute manual/automated test cases for web and mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and other QA tools
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Perform regression testing and validate product requirements
- Develop test plans and quality assurance documentation
- Conduct usability testing and provide actionable feedback
- Maintain test environments and ensure proper configuration
Qualifications
- 2+ years of QA testing experience with software applications
- Proficiency in defect tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Strong understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies
- Experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to work varied hours (evenings/weekends optional)
