Responsibilities
- Analyze vast datasets of equity options to identify pricing trends, arbitrage opportunities, and market anomalies.
- Develop and maintain advanced quantitative models for option pricing and risk management.
- Create interactive, high-performance dashboards using Python (Pandas, NumPy) and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) to track portfolio performance.
- Collaborate with senior traders to refine trading strategies based on real-time data feeds and historical backtesting.
- Perform rigorous stress testing and scenario analysis to ensure portfolio resilience against market volatility.
- Automate data pipelines to streamline reporting processes and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, financial modeling, or a similar quantitative role.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, with a strong command of SQL for data extraction.
- Deep understanding of equity options, derivatives, and financial instruments.
- Familiarity with the Black-Scholes model or other pricing models is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in high-stakes environments.
