Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale equity options data sets to identify market trends, volatility patterns, and arbitrage opportunities.
- Develop and maintain Python and SQL scripts for automated data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Collaborate with quantitative researchers to refine options pricing models and assess risk exposure.
- Create interactive, high-performance dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) to visualize real-time market data for stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with financial regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, specifically within the derivatives or equity options market.
- Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and SQL.
- Deep understanding of options pricing theory (Black-Scholes, Binomial), Greeks, and market mechanics.
- Experience with financial modeling and data visualization tools is required.
