Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to security alerts across equity options trading platforms during weekend shifts
- Conduct forensic analysis of cybersecurity incidents affecting financial systems
- Implement and maintain security controls for options trading infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve security vulnerabilities
- Document security incidents and maintain compliance with FINRA regulations
- Perform penetration testing on equity options applications
- Stay current with emerging threats in financial cybersecurity
Qualifications
- 3+ years in cybersecurity with financial services experience
- Certification in CISSP, CISM, or equivalent cybersecurity credential
- Deep understanding of equity options trading systems
- Proficiency in SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Experience with weekend/holiday shift work in security operations
- Knowledge of FINRA and SEC cybersecurity regulations
- Strong analytical skills for threat investigation
- Ability to work independently during off-peak hours
