Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and PRTG
- Implement security protocols to protect against cyber threats
- Document network configurations and maintenance procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
- Support cloud infrastructure integration including AWS and Azure
- Perform regular network audits and capacity planning
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in network administration with Cisco/Juniper certification
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, and DHCP protocols
- Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN architectures and wireless networking
- Experience with network monitoring tools and automation (Ansible preferred)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues under pressure
- Relevant degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Valid CompTIA Network+ or CCNA certification
