Responsibilities
- Conduct User Research: Assist in gathering user feedback and analyzing data to inform design decisions.
- Create Wireframes & Mockups: Design low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes using industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate with Developers: Work alongside the development team to ensure design fidelity and implement user-friendly features.
- Maintain Design Systems: Help organize and update our internal style guides and component libraries.
- Usability Testing: Participate in testing sessions to identify pain points and optimize user flows.
- Stay Updated: Research emerging design trends and best practices to keep our products competitive.
Qualifications
- Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing design work (academic projects or personal projects are accepted).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion: A genuine interest in user experience and a desire to learn new technologies.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for aesthetics and pixel-perfect accuracy.
