Responsibilities
- Create user-centered wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design solutions
- Develop design systems and maintain consistent UI patterns across platforms
- Present design rationale and iterate based on stakeholder feedback
- Contribute to design critiques and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Stay current with UX trends and best practices through continuous learning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent portfolio)
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of user research methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Passion for creating intuitive user experiences
- Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments
- Portfolio showcasing at least 2 personal or academic projects
