Responsibilities
- Assist Development Teams: Collaborate with senior developers to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions.
- Code Implementation: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in various programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
- Debugging & Testing: Identify, troubleshoot, and fix bugs in existing codebases; participate in quality assurance testing.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate technical documentation and contribute to team knowledge bases.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best coding practices.
- Collaboration: Participate in code reviews and agile meetings to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Basics: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic programming concepts (e.g., variables, loops, functions).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues logically.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Drive: A genuine passion for technology and a self-starter attitude with a hunger to learn.
- Availability: Ability to work full-time hours (40 hours per week).
