Responsibilities
- Develop & Maintain Code: Write clean, scalable, and efficient code for web and mobile applications under the guidance of senior developers.
- Collaborate: Work effectively within Agile/Scrum teams to participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and code reviews.
- Debug & Troubleshoot: Identify and resolve software defects and performance issues to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Learn Technologies: Quickly adapt to and implement new programming languages, frameworks, and tools as required by project needs.
- Documentation: Contribute to technical documentation, including API documentation and architectural diagrams.
- User Testing: Assist in QA processes and user acceptance testing to ensure product requirements are met.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#.
- Database Knowledge: Basic understanding of SQL and database management concepts.
- Version Control: Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to debug complex problems.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
