Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable software applications for our equity options trading platform.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Python, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews to ensure high standards.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Debug and resolve production issues to ensure system stability and uptime.
- Contribute to technical documentation and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
- Assist in the optimization of database queries and application performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and RESTful APIs.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database management concepts.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to a fast-paced fintech environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting.
