As a Junior Engineer, you will work alongside our senior developers to design, test, and deploy software solutions. We offer comprehensive mentorship programs and a collaborative culture that prioritizes learning over prior experience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Senior Engineers: Assist in the development, testing, and debugging of web applications and software tools.
- Code Implementation: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code under supervision to meet project requirements.
- Participate in Agile Sprints: Engage in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to contribute to team goals.
- Learn & Adapt: Rapidly learn new technologies, frameworks, and programming languages through our internal training curriculum.
- Quality Assurance: Assist in unit testing and quality assurance processes to ensure high product standards.
- Documentation: Help maintain technical documentation and user guides for internal tools and APIs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Basics: Familiarity with at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, Java, or C#) and a basic understanding of data structures.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to troubleshoot simple coding issues.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Passion for Tech: A genuine interest in technology, software development, and the latest industry trends.
- Availability: Must be willing to commit to a full-time schedule and undergo a standard background check.
