Responsibilities
- Develop & Maintain Code: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for web and mobile applications under the guidance of senior developers.
- Debug & Troubleshoot: Assist in identifying and fixing bugs in existing codebases to ensure software stability.
- Participate in Code Reviews: Engage in team code reviews to learn best practices and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate on Features: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into functional software components.
- Unit Testing: Write unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability and performance.
- Learn Agile Methodologies: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Coding Basics: Understanding of basic programming concepts (loops, functions, variables) in at least one language (Python, Java, or JavaScript preferred).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to break down complex problems into manageable steps.
- Portfolio: A GitHub repository or personal project demonstrating coding ability is a plus but not mandatory.
- Eagerness to Learn: A strong desire to grow your technical skills and learn new technologies quickly.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with team members.
