Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable software applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python)
- Participate in Agile sprints, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Write clean, efficient code with thorough unit testing and documentation
- Debug and resolve issues across full-stack environments (frontend/backend/database)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality features
- Contribute to code reviews and implement best practices for version control (Git)
- Learn and apply emerging technologies through our continuous development program
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of professional software development experience
- Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#)
- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, REST APIs) and databases (SQL/NoSQL)
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and version control systems
- Problem-solving skills with ability to break down complex technical challenges
- Excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
