- Execute manual test cases to identify software defects and usability issues
- Document bugs and anomalies using industry-standard tools (Jira, TestRail)
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and verify reported issues
- Participate in agile sprint cycles and daily stand-up meetings
- Conduct regression testing to ensure fixes don’t introduce new problems
- Assist in creating test documentation and user scenarios
- Adhere to QA processes and compliance standards
- Provide feedback on product improvements from a user perspective
Qualifications
