Responsibilities
- Execute manual test cases to identify software defects and functionality issues
- Document bugs and anomalies in our tracking system with clear, actionable details
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and verify reported issues
- Participate in agile sprint ceremonies to provide QA insights
- Test web and mobile applications across multiple devices and browsers
- Assist in creating and maintaining test documentation
- Conduct regression testing to ensure new features don't disrupt existing functionality
- Continuously improve testing processes through feedback and innovation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic computer literacy and internet navigation skills
- Strong attention to detail and observational abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
