As a QA Tester, you will be the first line of defense in ensuring our clients receive software that is bug-free, intuitive, and high-performing. You will work in a collaborative environment alongside experienced developers and product managers.
Responsibilities
- Execute Test Plans: Perform manual testing on various applications to verify functionality and user experience.
- Identify Defects: Discover, document, and verify software bugs using our tracking tools.
- Regression Testing: Conduct follow-up tests to ensure that recent code changes have not negatively impacted existing features.
- Collaborate: Communicate effectively with developers to understand the root cause of bugs and verify fixes.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate test logs and detailed bug reports.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We are looking for eagerness to learn and a growth mindset.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari).
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to spot inconsistencies and small errors in digital interfaces.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to document findings clearly.
