Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Document network infrastructure changes and system configurations
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal and external clients
- Assist with cybersecurity best practices implementation
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network optimization projects
- Participate in ongoing training to develop technical expertise
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- CompTIA Network+ or Security+ certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP protocols and OSI model
