Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, and wireless access points
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and Wireshark
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues for 150+ corporate endpoints
- Document network topology changes in ServiceNow ticketing system
- Assist with VoIP phone system deployments and maintenance
- Collaborate with senior engineers on firewall rule updates
- Participate in quarterly network vulnerability assessments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP protocols
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 50lbs for equipment installation
- Valid driver's license for site visits
- CompTIA A+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
