Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues for enterprise clients
- Document network changes and create technical documentation
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects
- Perform routine network monitoring and maintenance tasks
- Support users with basic network troubleshooting
- Assist in network security implementation and audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn networking concepts

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in server environments
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits
