Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and access points
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues using diagnostic tools
- Assist with network security protocols and access control implementations
- Document network configurations and maintenance activities in ITSM systems
- Collaborate with senior technicians on network upgrades and expansion projects
- Provide end-user support for network-related hardware and software

Qualifications
