Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and access points
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues for internal and external clients
- Assist with server administration, security updates, and patch management
- Document network configurations, changes, and incident reports in ticketing systems
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Collaborate with senior technicians on network optimization and infrastructure projects
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for emergency support (rotational basis)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) preferred but not required
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn technical concepts quickly
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS)
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Willingness to pursue industry certifications within the first 6 months
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional site visits
