Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware (PCs, printers, scanners) and software issues efficiently.
- Assist with the onboarding process, including workstation setup and account configuration.
- Manage and track IT support tickets using our ticketing system (Zendesk/ServiceNow).
- Install, update, and patch operating systems and business applications.
- Conduct basic network diagnostics to identify connectivity issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues and resolutions.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to escalate complex problems and learn advanced troubleshooting techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with non-technical users.
- Willingness to undergo continuous training and obtain industry certifications (we support this).
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote support duties.
